Treat Nails Wimbledon, located at 20-22 Worple Rd in London, has received mixed reviews from customers, showcasing a wide range of experiences.

Some patrons, like Emily Cook and J J, have praised the salon for its excellent service and quality. Emily mentioned her satisfaction after getting acrylic extensions, emphasizing how careful the technician, Kai, was during her appointment. J J also highlighted Treat Nails as the only salon in Wimbledon offering SNS treatments at competitive prices, expressing a strong intention to return based on their positive experience.

On the other hand, several customers had negative experiences that significantly impacted their overall impressions. Charlotte reported issues with her gel nails, which chipped within a day, and she was disappointed with the lack of response from the salon after reaching out for assistance. Zara Wije had a similarly frustrating experience, with her acrylic nails breaking shortly after application and the staff reportedly refusing to address her concerns without charging her again. She went so far as to strongly advise others to avoid the establishment altogether. Additionally, Stephanie Lhamas faced problems with gel damaging her natural nails, describing them as sensitive and sore after her visit.

Overall, while some clients are very satisfied with their treatments at Treat Nails Wimbledon, others have had serious concerns about the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. Potential customers should weigh these varied reviews carefully before deciding to visit this nail salon.

  1. Been to this salon a few times to get infills done but went today to get acrylic extensions done and I can’t recommend them enough. Kai did my nails with such care and I’m so happy with them. Thank you so much!

  2. Perfect! Only nail salon in Wimbledon I found to do SNS at a great price and great quality. Would highly recommend.
Comparing other salons in Wimbledon for all nail services aswell, Treat Nails were by far the best value for money.
    Will definitely be returning.

  3. Wouldn’t recommend. Had a gel file and paint done Thursday evening. One nail had already chipped by the morning, a week on and four of them are badly chipped and need re-doing. At my normal salon they last me two weeks and never chip at all. I emailed the salon to ask if they’d kindly either redo the chipped nails, or refund me given I wasn’t happy with the service. They never responded.
Also at the time of the appointment, I called ahead to check they had space, and still had to hang around for over 30 minutes waiting. I also felt it was very dirty, the tools used weren’t properly clean, and the lady doing the treatment was surly and rude.

  4. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! This is the WORST nail salon that I have ever been to. My acrylic nails randomly broke off after just 2 hours, I called them and very kindly asked them to replace it and they said they had to charge me full price to replace them? AWFUL! I am a very sweet and polite lady and was shocked at their response. The service is terrible, the workers are extremely rude and the quality of nails is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t even go to this place if it was free! Please avoid Treat Nails. I would instead recommend Harmony Nails Wimbledon or Townhouse Nails Wimbledon – both of these places, the owners and staff are lovely and the nails are very high quality, the nails last about 4 weeks. Avoid avoid avoid Treat Nails.

EDIT: now the owner of Treat Nails has responded to my review saying I have come today asking for 1 nail to be fixed..? I never went to Treat Nails today. She must be confusing me with another client. This shows they treat all clients badly! She can’t even remember who I am! I will never come back to a place like this and I will be telling everybody to avoid Treat Nails nail salon like the plague, they may scam you like they scammed me.

Had recently moved to the area, thought I would try a new nail bar near me. BAD IDEAD! Their gel broke all my natural nails off 🙁 I have never experienced anything like this all my nails are now very sensitive and sore. Their gel made my nails extremely weak. Didn’t even last one week after paying £90 for a pedicure and manicure! My toe nails also chipped! I’m so upset! I’m so disappointed:( I don’t recommend.
