Really like this nail shop I recently got my nails done for my holiday. The staff are friendly and offer tea and coffee throughout your treatments which is a nice touch. There is also parking outside. I would recommend this place to family and friends! Prices are fair too 🤗

**Warning: An Unpleasant and Unprofessional Experience**
I want to share my recent experience at a local nail salon that left me quite upset and concerned for others considering a visit there. About a month ago, I visited this salon with a friend for the first time. Since it was just a short two-minute walk from my home, I wore casual pajamas and a top, not expecting this to be an issue.
From the moment we entered, I felt uncomfortable due to the behavior of one of the staff members. A young, skinny lady gave me judgmental looks and seemed to mock my appearance, laughing and talking loudly with her colleagues. This unprofessional conduct was extremely off-putting and made me feel unwelcome.
The situation escalated when she started working on my nails. Her handling was rough and aggressive, to the point that it felt abusive. I was relieved when another staff member stepped in to replace her, but the discomfort continued. The new technician kept pushing me to take off my jacket and made other unsolicited suggestions, which I found intrusive and unnecessary.
What disturbed me most was the apparent prejudice and lack of respect shown by the staff. Despite being Asian themselves, they made comments in their language that, when translated, were derogatory and offensive. This behavior is unacceptable and suggests a lack of professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
I strongly advise others to consider their options carefully before choosing this salon. The unprofessional attitude, rough treatment, and potential discrimination make it a place I cannot recommend. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of how they are dressed or where they come from.
Stopped going here. Kept getting one technician who doesn’t fill in nails properly so they look grown out really quickly, applied acrylic too thickly and couldn’t shape nails well enough. Shame because they’re all really lovely and friendly.
