Went here yesterday for the first time. Staff seemed nice enough although the price was way over what I’d usually pay the girl done the design I asked for well and I didn’t mention anything on price just handed over the £40 (usually
Costing me £27 for refill, shellac & design) as I thought we’re paying for quality here & I have to say the design was on point & I don’t mind paying the extra for quality. Well not 6 hours later one of my nails broke. I’m shocked considering the price that this has happened and on further inspection I have to say the lady has done the acrylic very thin and although aesthetically pleasing to the eye, I feel this has made the nails a bit flimsy and weak so I’m sure I’ll be loosing a couple more before my next refill. All in all a bit disappointed as I really did leave there thinking I’ve found my new nail shop. Edit: so I returned to the nail shop to get my nail fixed walked in explained the problem and was then met with an immediate change of attitude. It’s true what the reviews say as soon as you complain the whole atmosphere changes and it’s almost like you’re being blamed for their faults. Very uncomfortable. The lady then said usually because it’s an infill we wouldn’t fix (baring in mind the nail broke the same day I got it done) but as a good will gesture they said they would do it so I sat down she asked where I usually get my nails done and then told me I should return bk to the same nail shop for my refills which I thought was a bit rude and should have been said to me before they took my money and did the refill in the first place. It was all fine then but now they’re telling me I should go elsewear. Bloody cheek of them. then the woman put the acrylic on and didn’t even file my nail obviously because I was asking for it to be fixed and she had a problem with this. I asked her to file it she said no I don’t need to which I thought was extremely strange and In the 20 years I’ve been getting my nails done I have never seen happen. She did the nail and when I looked the thickness of my middle nail is so different to the thinness of the other nails. I was very disappointed but just vowed never to go bk then Friday (not even a week after getting nails done) I have had two more nails break. Never ever will go here again and I’ve changed my star rating to one as I think they deserve.
My favourite place! Been going to this nail shop for 5+ years, every time i go i always get the best service & my nails always done perfectly by the girls!! The only place i will go to get my nails done
Absolutely amazing salon. I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years and I cannot recommend this place enough. The service is impeccable and the girls here are wonderful. I love the way my nails turn out each and every time!!! Love love love this place!!!
The lady’s doing nails are so nice, we have good conversations and I always leave feeling Happy and satisfied. Also I have never been to a nail shop that had BANGING music!!! Pure vibes.
The best nail salon! I have been going here for 3 years and have always had the best experience! The staff are all so lovely and are very talented at what they do! The shop is clean and welcoming! Tea and coffee is available while having treatments! All the staff are able to do nail designs and always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your experience! I would highly recommend!
