I went there twice but both times their services were poor. I showed them the design and kept the picture on side so that they could easily see what I wanted but I still didn’t get the same design.
In my design, I wanted the tip of the nails silver but after first coating, the result was far from my desire so I told them to do second coating and they were looking at each other like I asked them for a thing that is not possible.
I asked them again so they did it but it was still not looking good but they refused to do it again.
I really don’t understand then what’s the point of choosing our design ourselves if they want to do it by themselves.
They don’t understand English so it is very difficult for a customer to make them understand our point and if you try to do so then they communicate in their own language and make you feel uncomfortable.
I have done my nails there they don’t understand the colours name . I wanted wine colour with golden but they did white with golden and when I ask about that they said there is no colour like wine . Very bad experience of mine . Disappointed & dissatisfied and unhappy. They even changed the whole design and took the payment of the design that I showed. I even removed it just after the function . I wasted my money with them .
The staff were so friendly and caring, continued to do my nails to the highest standard and didn’t seem rushed as they were very quickly done. Would 100% recommend, beautiful nails, quality customer service and CHEAP prices. I messaged them over Instagram and they gave me an expedient response and a next day appointment xxx
First time I have had gel nails. The young lady who did my nails was very professional & did a great job. I love them. They have lasted apart from the little butterflies which did fall off the next day 🤦♀️. I will be returning again 👌
