I went in with high expectations of this shop, I asked for coffin shaped nails, within the first five minutes the guy cut my thumb on my cuticle and I was bleeding.. I noticed the shape wasn’t coffin but square but didn’t say anything as I didn’t know that he was finished shaping them. By the time I realised it was too late to have them change the shape as he has already painted them. I was with three other people so was waiting for them to be done. I’m not one to complain but I just wasn’t happy so I spoke to my friend as I was too anxious to speak up to the staff out of fear of embarrassing them or hurting their feelings… the manager of this establishment was rude and all she could offer me was money off (£6 on a £36 bill) after being cut on four of my fingers and she told me off and said I should have said something sooner… will not be going back again.
The young guy took his time and did a really great job on infilling my Biab nails. Super pleased and a really lovely guy too
This was my first time getting my nails done at Princess nails and it won’t be my last. The service was amazing and the staff are so lovely and helpful. I absolutely love my nails and they’re beautiful. They’re work is great.
Great walk-in nail salon, I am so happy with my nails. My only wish is that they would do BIAB gel extensions, as they do acrylics with a gel top. But, having said that the quality of the work is great, fast but attentive, and reasonable pricing, I will be back for sure!
I’ve been coming here consistently for 6 months and every single design I’ve had has been stunning. My favourites include the snowflakes I had at Christmas, the flags for Eurovision and the beach swirls for my holiday. I can’t recommend them enough!
