Went in for a soak off and fresh set (with a pretty complex design). The service was brilliant, extremely fast and such high quality. Would 100% recommend coming here for any service, the team are great!
So disappointed with my experience yesterday,I a returning customer but after this never again,I made it very clear that these were my birthday nails, and that I wanted to go ‘all out’ with gems and all.
When my nails were being done it was rushed,multiple different people working on them, but they would then leave you for large breaks between processes while getting someone else on the chair, surely it would be better to finish the job you started.
I showed the picture of the nails I wanted, the gems were not put onto the right nails, and after applying gems to only three nails I was told I was done, to which I said I wanted the gems on every nail, it felt I was an inconvenience to them which as a customer I should never feel.
In the end I did not get what I asked for and some nails have been left plain,the gems I do have are not even in a straight line.
To top it off I have woken up this morning to some gems missing already,this should not be the case less than 24hours after having them done,
When you’re paying £47 for your nails you expect them to be what you asked for,and not rushed to the point that the gems aren’t even straight.
I am so disappointed as these are my birthday nails, please stop rushing peoples nails, or if the design is out of you capabilities just say.
I hope you can take this as a note for the future to not ruin anybody else’s set of nails and charge them £47 for the pleasure.
