This is my second time coming here and I love their service. The staff are all so incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything. My nails were done by My and she did them exactly how I wanted them. I also got a pedicure from her and Jenny, which was very relaxing and done well. They were both so sweet and I highly recommend this place.
I had my nails done last week for my 60th birthday party the next day. I took my dress with me and asked if they could do my nails in a similar colour and they absolutely nailed it – pardon the pun! It was a perfect colour match and they looked fabulous. From start to finish the customer service was excellent, my nails were beautifully done, and a week later they still look just as great. I highly recommend Luxury Nails and will definitely be going back.
Went in for a full set of acrylic (which is advertised as £27) the extensions took 1.5 hours and the acrylic was thick and not filed smoothly. When asked about colour I mentioned the thickness of the acrylic and another staff member argued it’s supposed to be like that because I’m not getting gel polish????? I’ve had my nails done hundreds of times before I can tell when the acrylic is too thick. Not to mention the technician got acrylic and glue all over my hands.
I was then charged £30 instead of £27 which after being there for two hours I didn’t bother disputing because she’d probably just argue back with me again.
Will not be returning
They have the best customer service everyone is so lovely in there. I won’t go anywhere else. Perfect nails every time. ❤️
