I loved the way Tracy did my nails I’m very picky with my nails but she didn’t get annoyed we laughed we talked, talk about customer experience. I don’t need to talk too much, but Ryan he’s an absolute gem with the shaping. 10/10 recommendations. The next day, My gem fell off they attended to me no problem. I’m in love!!!
By far the best nail shop in Leicester that I’ve been to. I never ever leave this place not loving my nails, they don’t rush, take their time and give the best service. The staff actually speak to you and have general conversations with you. Lovely kind staff and a lovely time when going here.
I’ve been having my nails done by JJ for over 6 years now I can’t complain they are amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else… the staff are lovely and they do my nails perfect so definitely a 5 star rating

I had to change my review, my gems fell of the day after I went to get them done and again after second time, really annoying as you have to pay for parking etc.Sunday I got it done Monday I was back in because 2 fell off and Tuesday 2 fell off again😩, I expressed the second time I went in the glue wasn’t strong enough and all should be don’t again and the day after that the ones she didn’t do again fell off 😩. But the people are beautiful, just the nails took 2hr30 minutes and having a child wasn’t ideal. I would go again but just not with my son 😂. Now I know the gems fall off just ensure you ask for acrylic to hold the gem down and nothing else. I have a completely different set on my bow is even Black because there was no white 😩😩
