Poor service from staff, especially the owner.
They spoke to my daughter very rudely and aggressively, when she asked for her nail treatment. The lady who was doing my daughters nails pushed my daughter hand back to her aggressively and shouted something in her language and got up and got someone else to do my daughters nails.
My daughter felt very threatened but still spioke politely, and left with her heart in her throat. I don’t appreciate such behaviour from these ladies. Treat people good it doesn’t cost!!
They also spoke rudely to a couple of girls that came in. The owner refused to do one of the girls nails because one nail wasn’t in good shape or something. I heard the conversation. The ladies (the customers) didn’t retaliate but said okay and left.
I will never visit this salon again and most definitely do NOT recommend!!
Disgusting customer service from owner. I told her I dint like the shapes of my toes and I’m only willing to pay if she re does them started taking them off including the acrylic on my finger nails. I told her she has a big attitude. Resulted in owner assaulting me I’ve now gone to the police.

Never had a bad set of nails done here and the pedicures i’ve had are better than any other i’ve had around the Wolverhampton city centre area. Most places have a lovely massage chair now but the massage done on your feet/legs at the end of a pedicure is soo relaxing. They take their time and leave my feet beautiful and soft. My nails always last a few weeks before i go back. There are thousands of colours, designs, powders to choose from, wall to wall around the shop and there is a reason why there is many regulars like myself that return often. . It’s such a shame that unkind reviews left on here give this place a bad name or a low/average star rating because I have been going to this shop for 7/8 yrs now… Hannah the owner is lovely and welcoming and is a fantastic nail tech!!! Some reviews say she is rude but people can be impatient. I’ve witnessed people walk in on their 1hr lunch break asking if they’ve got enough time to get their nails done or they’ll say they want a pedicure but have got to pick their kids up within 45mins so “it needs to be done now” and if they are told no, it’s because it’s not possible at that time. Not because the staff are rude.
