Terrible application of nails done just 4 days ago! After calling them they have refused to fix unless I pay again. Second time I have had issues. The first time they were able to correct. I feel customer service is unsatisfactory. I will have to go somewhere else. The first girl (daisy) that did them did them beautifully. This is why I returned. The other two times have been awful. Very upset customer!
Update : I went in my lunch break to get repaired. 2 girls were very rude and said that no one there wants to do my nails (after I explained management had advised me to go back) they told me to come back and the manager can do my nails! After I had paid parking! Thank you to management for your customer service but I think you may need to review who is representing your business as I will not be returning.
The girl eventually did them again with a very poor attitude. They were speaking amongst themselves so I could not understand and I could tell from body language they were mocking me.
Never ever have u experienced such unwelcoming service with such rude people. I am sorry that they have lost you my monthly custom.

I have been going to this salon for a while. I would say that they do extensions to a really high standard. I’ve had other places do them and they are my favourite place to go. They are super quick and very accommodating. As you can see from the first picture the man who did my nails did an excellent job, doing the ombré the exact colours I asked for. However, I think maybe I was feeling a little too adventurous 😂 I realised I was not keen on the colour at all by 5pm. As they are open until 7pm I headed back down there and they were more than happy to put another colour on top, advised me which shade would be best and also did it at a more than reasonable price, given it was my mistake. If you are looking for a new nail salon I would certainly give them a try. I’ve never left the place unhappy. All the staff are lovely ☺️

I’m always pleased with my nails but I don’t find the staff warm and welcoming! They ask what service you want, if you’d like any length taken off, shape and colour. That’s it, end of conversation. The staff will chat to each other in their own language throughout, which I find a little uncomfortable and some what rude. The shop is meant to open at 9.30 on most days but the staff aren’t punctual and often arrive a few minutes late with no apology. Today they opened at 9.45 as the key holder was late. Obviously no apology. Having said all this, I’m always happy with my nails and that’s the most important thing!!!!!
