I got my nails done here, shellac French tip on my natural nails. I’ve had shellac for years and get infills monthly. It has never chipped or started to peel until it’s in its 4th week when a infill is due. 3 days after application my nails all chipped. While I was getting them done the girl was aggressive and rude. And ignored my initial requests and concerns. While my nails were getting done a previous customer popped in complaining her nails had peeled after a few days application. they did fix them again for her. Thinking nothing of it I proceeded to get mine done. The same has happened to me 3 days after application. I went back and the Second Lady was a lot kinder and happy to fix the issue however less than a week after reapplying the gel they have started to peel again for the 3rd time. I would pay extra at the salon 2 minutes walk away where customer service is amazing and better quality gels are used. I won’t return here.
Unfortunately not a great service the staff seemed pleasant enough but was shut down when I asked for a design so went for a plain colour. The finish result not painted correctly and lumpy 3 days later the gel was lifting and 2 completely just come off the nail. The gel pedicure I had was not great water cold and nothing done right and gel come off toes too. When does that ever happen to feet application. Went back to fix the two nails on hand only for it to happen on other fingers. Unfortunately won’t be returning. And I can see this is an occurring issue.
I have never had “lumpy” bubbled up nails done before…leaving the salon with every single nail a different shape, bleeding nail bed and lumpy gel nails. I have visthis place before but clearly standards going down and not all they nsil technicians are suitable for their profession. Will not be back ever again. Have plenty of photoes of their shabby job… i actually returned a minute after leaving and realizing how lumpy and horrible my nails are in natural daylight…the guy “fixed” a nail but it became even more lumpy (maybe theyjust use old low quality gel) . Really shocking quality and service.
Really good team. Been to all nail salons in Romford in the past 3 yrs. All! These guys work the fastest and have the greatest prices. Super happy to finally find a regular one. Me and my friend have a fidelity card here and will recommend the place to our friends. Thank you Deluxe Nails 🤓
Always went to get my nails done there, I love the 2 staff who were friendly, they were great at nails I left so happy, and did exactly what I wanted!! Amazing. Thank you staff definitely will be coming back again:)
