If you’re after a place where you are allowed to choose your own style and colour eyebrows then please avoid this shop at all costs. My partner visited recently and the way she was treated was disgusting. Constantly told no to the styles she wanted and that nothing suited her face. My partner specifically asked not to be given a certain colour and yet this lady still went ahead and gave it to her and then lied to her about it. She agreed on a design finally with my partner to then do a complete different one on her face along with the wrong colour. Completely unprofessional in her approach and made my partner feel 10x worse about herself. When asked nicely if we could sort this out and maybe have a refund she passed all blame to my partner and said she had done no wrong.
I had dermaplaning for first time today with Stacey. She was very professional and discussed the treatment beforehand, made me feel comfortable and asked if I had any questions. The actual treatment was amazing, exceeded my expectations. My skin feels wonderful. Stacey even advised skin aftercare.
I then had a lash lift and tint with Sam which again was very professional. Lashes look fab and felt very relaxed.
A lovely salon where the staff really care for their customers so thank you 😊 and I can’t wait to book again. x
