So happy with my experience at Cinderella nails. I love the attention to detail. How they listen to when I want to change something. How they make sure you are happy with your nails . They are quick but not to quick where you feel rushed. Love coming here and so do most people . It’s a place I definitely recommend and even started taking my mum who is addicted now and says she will only go to Cinderella nails. The place is spacious and clean. There’s a very good range of colours
Have had my nails done here many times, acrylic extensions with gel polish, always fantastic attention to detail, last amazingly well usually 2 – 3 weeks & the only reason they are redone is due to needing infill. If you want your nails done well this is the place to go.
Horrific customer service. My nails were bubbly and there was paint on my skin. I returned the next day to have this rectified and was shouted at as if it was my fault. Staff then proceeded to openly bad mouth and laugh at me whilst I sat having my nails fixed. Awful place.

I returned to have my nails rectified once and only logged this complaint due to how I was spoken to. The below picture shows I only wanted this corrected the following morning. This response being complete lies unfortunately shows the customer service. Me complaining lots is lies too- I usually use a different salon and have never ever complained or asked for any offers. Just lies and bullying.
don’t go here nails are bad and they make you feel un welcomed even sweeping and hitting your feet
Went into Gloucester today to have my nails done and after looking online and reading review it seemed cinderella nails was the best. It was by far the best gel nails on my own natural nails, bo acrylics I have ever had. The lady was absolutely lovely and done a great job, shape and colourwas just perfect. So very very happy with them. Thank you so much 🥰
