After being disappointed in a past nail shop in Fishponds, I came here on a whim for my birthday nails. Straight away, the staff were so accommodating, they offered me a drink and they just exceeded my expectations. Anne was so lovely and really went above and beyond to get me the nails I wanted. I’m definitely coming back here as I made sure to get a stamp card!!! Best place I’ve been to in Bristol so far!!
Best place in Bristol! I’ve been to several nails shops, and this is by far the best. All the staff is super friendly, welcoming, kind, and extremely present and caring while doing your nails. Plus, they’re the only ones that have nailed my nails! 🤣 they gave them a natural look, and they’re not too thick (as other shops do). And they’re even cheaper than other places. I’m definitely going back 👌🏻

I absolutely love the staff here, they are truly wonderful people and make you feel so at home. I have gone to this salon for two years now and they fail to have a smile on their face when they see me. Sure they may make a few mistakes every so often, but it is a tricky art form especially with the language barrier. Having read the other comments and been a customer myself for so long, it is clear these customers are very difficult and challenging, as you always get in salons and places like these. I’ve some very rude woman in this shop which these lovely ladies don’t deserve, they try their absolute best. The men need a little more training as are never as good as the women, but for me this takes away no stars as I was always leave with nails I love.
I was a regular here until they stole my money. Had my nails and pedicure done, they told me the price and watched as I transferred the money via bank transfer as usual. They then informed me after I had sent the money that they had changed bank account and I needed to send the money to their new account. I did, so essentially paid twice. They promised the bank would refund the incorrect payment. The bank told me that since it was an active open account, I would need to deal directly with the nail salon. They still refused to give my money back so I am out of pocket. They have lost a loyal customer and I won’t be returning.
EDIT – It was £73 not £40 and you definitely watched as I transferred your old account and didn’t stop me, you said yourself this has happened to multiple people so you obviously don’t tell people to check the account
