Horrible place, they will make you wait 40 minutes for a waxing appointment, then claim the waxing lady is having lunch. Why would you book an appointment at the agreed time then make the customer wait. If the employees need to eat lunch, just don’t book an appointment at that time with that in mind and book it for a later time. After the wait, they tried to argue saying that sometimes timings can go up and down, and though I agree that this can happen, I do not agree that a 40 minute wait is justified. This has happened more than three times and it’s honestly a joke, it defeats the purpose of an appointment. I came for the cheap prices but I rather pay the extra money and be seen on time.
I don’t want to fault the work as waxing is not very hard to get right but it isn’t the most aesthetic place, also noticed that certain customers tend to be dealt with a lot faster regardless of coming in later or not.
Don’t go here unless you want unreliable, ineffective and inefficient service.
The people were very nice but the service was not up to the standard that I expected, the table was broken and everytime I leaned my foot on it, it would tilt, the lady was filling my feet and the filler kept breaking, did not look clean at all. Was expecting my toes to be cleaned, shaped and I think she scraped to much of my heel off because it’s stinging. Would not recommend for pedicure, and the foot massage wasn’t the best either.
Absolutely Fantastic!!! My sisters took me out to get my nails done for my birthday, and I couldn’t be happier!! The staff were wonderful, and very professional. The prices were excellent, and we got 3 sets of beautiful acrylic nails!!! 10/10 definitely recomend!
I popped in today to get my eyebrows waxed tinted, ladies in shop was really nice I didn’t need a appointment & it was the first time I have been in shop to get my eyebrows done, the girl that done them was absolutely excellent
& she done a great job she
threaded them at the end to I will definitely be back & next time i will be getting them threaded, i dont like threaded
as my eyes water all the time but she was so gentle & my brows are lovely thank you so much I will definitely be back😊
